Booking Policy for Nadodigal Travel Planners

1. Passenger Details

It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide Nadodigal Travel Planners with the correct and exact spelling of names for bookings as shown on their passport or government-issued identification. Any errors or omissions in passenger details or flight itinerary must be immediately communicated to Nadodigal Travel Planners via support@nadodigal.com upon receipt of the tickets or confirmation. Failure to do so may result in passengers being denied boarding, and Nadodigal Travel Planners will not be responsible for any consequences that arise from such errors.

2. Entry/Transit Visa Requirements

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid entry or transit visas for their destination and any stopover countries. For example, flights with layovers may require a transit visa (e.g., flights to New Zealand via Australia). It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify visa and passport requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate prior to travel. Nadodigal Travel Planners is not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documents or failure to meet entry/transit visa requirements.

3. Passport Validity

Passengers must ensure that their passport has a minimum of 6 months’ validity beyond the completion of their return journey. Nadodigal Travel Planners is not responsible for any disruptions to travel due to improper or invalid passport documentation.

4. Passenger Contacts & Flight Schedule Changes

It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide local and overseas contact information when booking so that the airline can notify of any flight schedule changes. Nadodigal Travel Planners recommends passengers reconfirm their flight schedules directly with the airline 1-2 days before departure to ensure there are no last-minute changes. Nadodigal Travel Planners is not liable for missed flights or seat cancellations resulting from schedule changes made by the airline.

5. Non-Transferable

All bookings made through Nadodigal Travel Planners are non-transferable. Bookings cannot be transferred to another travel agency or to another individual.

6. Payment, Penalties & Service Charges

You are required to pay the full amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. Once tickets are issued, there may be penalties for any amendments or cancellations, as imposed by the airline or service provider. Nadodigal Travel Planners also applies service charges for processing amendments, including changes to passenger details, travel dates, and other modifications. To avoid these penalties, passengers are advised to carefully check all booking details, including names, departure dates, and flight information, before finalizing the purchase.

7. Booking Conditions & Disclaimers

Prices displayed on Nadodigal Travel Planners' website are tentative and subject to change. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received and the tickets have been issued. Partial payments do not constitute confirmed bookings. Any changes or

cancellations after booking confirmation may incur applicable penalties. Nadodigal Travel Planners reserves the right to refuse any bookings where prices are found to be incorrect or if the fare has been withdrawn by the airline. In such cases, Nadodigal Travel Planners will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the passenger.

8. Rescheduling of Tickets

v Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs): Rescheduling for LCC flights must be done directly with the airline.

v Full-Service Carriers: Rescheduling requests for full-service carriers must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to departure via email support@nadodigal.com. For rescheduling requests made within 6 hours of departure, passengers must contact the airline directly. Any price differences and additional charges must be borne by the passenger.

9. Unaccompanied Minor

Passengers under the age of 17 traveling alone are considered “Unaccompanied Minors.” Special arrangements are required for their travel, and passengers must inform Nadodigal Travel Planners in advance to avoid boarding rejections.

10. Child & Infant Fares

v Child Fares: Children aged 2-11 must not have turned 12 by the date of their return journey. If a child turns 12 during travel, an adult fare will apply for the return journey. Refund policies vary based on ticket type.

v Infant Fares: Infants under 2 years old travel without an assigned seat. If an infant turns 2 during the journey, a child fare must be purchased for the return. Infants must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

11. Travel Insurance

Passengers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover emergencies or contingencies during their journey.

12. Flight Reconfirmation

Some airlines require passengers to reconfirm their flight details. Passengers are advised to check with their airline to ensure their pre-confirmed seats remain valid.

13. Meal, Seat and additional baggage Requests

Special meal or seat requests or additional baggage’s must be made at the time of booking or in advance. Nadodigal Travel Planners will relay these requests to the airline; however, availability is subject to airline approval.

14. Refund Policy

Refunds for tickets or services will be processed in accordance with the airline or service provider’s refund policy. Refunds will be initiated by Nadodigal Travel Planners once they are received from the airline or service provider. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 working days, subject to bank processing times.

15. Cancellation and Modification Charges for Flights

v Modification and cancellation charges are applied per passenger per sector, as per airline policy. These charges are subject to change at the discretion of the airline.

v If passengers contact the airline directly for modifications, they must still inform Nadodigal Travel Planners to process the refund.

v Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

16. Hotel Booking Terms

v Hotel cancellation and modification policies vary by hotel and room type. Passengers are responsible for any charges that apply according to the hotel’s policy.

v For modifications, passengers must contact Nadodigal Travel Planners' customer support team via hotels@nadodigal.com or the hotel directly. Refunds or modifications will be processed as per the booking terms, and any applicable charges must be borne by the customer.

17. Bus and Holiday Booking Terms

v Bus Bookings: Cancellations or modifications must be made through Nadodigal Travel Planners' customer support via bus@nadodigal.com . Policies vary by bus operator, and applicable charges will be determined accordingly.

v Holiday Packages: Holiday packages are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each service provider, and cancellations or modifications may incur additional fees.
